PAPERLESS TICKETS

Why? To ensure true fans get fair access to seats at face value, the only way to get into the event is with the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Buy your tickets online or by phone using a credit card.
Bring that credit card and a valid government-issued ID to the Garden.
Go directly to the Garden entrance, present your government-issued ID and credit card, and enter after your credit card is swiped and your seat locator slip is printed.


Note: Only buy tickets from authorized sources. Otherwise, you run a real risk of buying fakes!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • The credit card used to place the order must be presented at the turnstiles to gain admittance to your assigned seat(s). If you are buying for clients or friends, please use their credit card, as they will be the actual attendees at the show. Guests that do not have the credit card used in the original order will not be allowed entrance into the show.
  • The credit card used in the transaction must have an expiration date after the event you are planning to attend. If this is not possible, you will need to retain the expired card or have the replacement card with the same account number.
  • No gift cards will be accepted as a method of payment. This includes Ticketmaster gift cards, Garden Gold, and any variation of Visa, MasterCard or American Express gift cards.
  • If you buy tickets for a friend or family member, and you do not plan to attend, you will still need to take your guests to the entrance to present your credit card and ID.
  • The entire party must be present when the credit card is presented at our turnstiles. If the original order was placed for four people, all four people will receive seat assignments when the credit card is swiped at the turnstiles. There are no exceptions to this admittance policy.
  • Seat assignments can NOT be forwarded electronically.
  • Virtual credit cards are not a valid form of entry, as you will need to present the actual card to be scanned at the arena entry point.
